Electricity
There is very limited power on site and we ask you to request power for essential equipment only. We make no guarantee of power being available.

There is a $10 charge for electricity. (Maximum 1000 watts)
Describe Use:
Please describe the equipment you will be requiring power for. Due to restricted power on site kettles, heaters and sandwich makers for personal use are not encouraged. A Green Room will be provided for this purpose.
Site
Maximum site size is 3m x 3m.  (Larger/different by negotiation.)
Days Required 1 Day $35.00
Sites do not allow for separate vehicles/trailers which must be off site by 10.30am and parked in the car park (Church Street) before the Festival opens. Site fees do not apply to community stalls.

Payment
You will be notified as soon as possible regarding the success of your application. Site fees are due by March 9th, 2011.
Notes

All sites must be set up by 10.30am and vehicles off the site. You will be required to remain on site until the entertainment programmed on the Outdoor Stage has finished at about 5.30 pm. Details of parking and site locations will be sent.

All correspondence must returned to TBMF by March 12th, 2011.  Post any correspondence to the Market Coordinator, PO Box 230, The Basin 3154.

All listed prices include GST.
