If you do not have Public Liability Insurance, contact John Mortimore on 0402 138 834 or by email and we will try to help.
You cannot participate in the Festival without Public Liability Insurance.

Electricity
There is limited power on site. Do you require electricity?

There may be limited power available to a maximum of 1000 watts (1 kW) where justified. You must provide a minimum of 30 metres of heavy duty electrical leads.
The connection charge is $10.
Site allocation and priority may be given to those who have their own power and minimal requirements.

Generators must be silenced, correctly tested & tagged and WILL be checked on site by an Electrician or Safety Officer.

I will provide my own SILENCED, TESTED & TAGGED generator...

Food Handling
Please contact Stephen Kain in the Health Department at Knox City Council on (03) 9298 8581 to ensure you have the correct food handling certificate(s) and that you are fulfilling all council requirements. The department will make an on site inspection at the festival.  Knox Council approval must be obtained before participating in Festival.
Site Fees  (3 metres X 3 metres)
Saturday - $70.00  (If available.)
Sunday - $90.00

Sites do not allow for separate vehicles/trailers which must be parked in the car park off Church Street behind the Festival before 10.30 am.
Site fees do not apply to community stalls.

Site Description:

Please describe your Van/Vehicle/Marquee/Display and note its dimensions including the frontage that the customer enters or is served from.

Please email a diagram to music@malleebull.com, or post to Market Coordinator, PO Box 230, The Basin 3154. If you have your own generator please mark its location on the diagram and the direction of the exhaust.

Payment

A separate payment form will be emailed/mailed to you upon acceptance of your application. Thank you for taking the time to fill out this application form. We look forward to talking with you soon.

You will be notified as soon as possible regarding the success of your application. Site fees are due by March 4th, 2011. Details of payment options will be mailed or emailed to you with your letter of acceptance.

Notes

All sites must be set up by 10.30am and vehicles off the site. You will be required to remain on site until the entertainment programmed on the Outdoor Stage has finished at about 5.30 pm. This is a safety issue and will not be compromised on. Details of parking and site locations will be sent after you have received your acceptance letter.

All correspondence must returned to TBMF by March 4th, 2011.  Post any correspondence to the Market Coordinator, PO Box 230, The Basin 3154.

All listed prices include GST.

The personal information requested is being collected by The Basin Music Festival Assoc. (TBMF) for use solely by TBMF in relation to the festival. All information will remain private and confidential.
